Steph Corker (she/her) is the founder and CEO of The Corker Co, starting the company after spending over a decade recruiting across several different sectors. She is a stand for living a life beyond your wildest dreams and believes that it begins with the intersection of your work, your play and your purpose. Steph is a passionate athlete having crossed 25 Ironman finish lines and the proud owner of Bernie the Bernedoodle.
Cecily Elmas
COO + Consultant / PCC
Cecily (she/her) is the COO of The Corker Collective. She is a bold facilitator and a heart-centred executive coach. For the past 20 years, Cecily has been leading personal and leadership development work that scales teams and impacts organizations at large. She was a part of the founding lululemon retail training and operations teams and has since worked with countless other businesses from varying industries. As a former President of the ICF Vancouver, Certified Professional Coach, StandOut Coach and Yoga Instructor, Cecily is exceptional at hosting impactful and introspective experiences. The common denominator is always human beings willing to experience a radical transformation; she delivers every time! Her greatest teachers are her two incredible children whom she learns from daily alongside her husband in North Vancouver, BC.

Conor Topley
Lead Facilitator
Conor Topley (he/him) is an Adjunct Professor at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia where he teaches courses on strategy, and business fundamentals and spends his time figuring out how to ensure his students pursue meaningful work to tackle the world’s biggest problems. He has 10 years of facilitation experience working for Apple’s Global Retail Training Team, teaching at SFU’s Beedie School of Business, and through his experiences in sales and marketing at Unilever.
Cayley Benjamin
Coach + Facilitator
Cayley (she/her) brings over 13 years of leadership development, facilitation, and coaching experience to her role as Facilitator + Leadership Coach at The Corker Collective. Her practice spans a spectrum of sectors and has included working with C-suite executives and people leaders in retail, tech, legal, banking, manufacturing, and mining, as well as professional athletes, yoga teachers, and entrepreneurs. Cayley is well known for her warmth and kindness, and working with her puts participants in the perfect mindset to create lasting, meaningful change.

Emilie McIver
Francophone Facilitator
Parlez-vous français? Emilie (she/her) is passionate about helping others maximize their full potential. She brings over 15 years of experience in human resources, specializing in strategic talent management and leadership development. Fluently bilingual in French and English, Emilie has designed and facilitated workshops and coached leaders in both languages. As a certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, Emilie has completed over 500 coaching hours supporting clients in overcoming barriers while gaining purposeful direction and success. . Emilie is sitting Past-President of the Vancouver Chapter of the International Coaching Federation.
Charli Breeze

Charli (she/her) is passionate about design and creates all things digitally beautiful at The Corker Collective. She is responsible for bringing our visions to life and adds a fresh Breeze (literally!) of creativity to every project. Hailing from across the pond, she takes inspiration from the beauty of the great Canadian outdoors, where she can often be found on wild adventures seeking beauty beyond pixelated design.

Faris (he/him) is an international leadership coach, consultant, and facilitator with over 10 years of experience working with clients from different industries ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. His corporate background has given him a unique perspective on life coaching, leadership, and training. Faris coached more than 1000 leaders globally across many industries. His passion for coaching is visible through all his work including teaching, mentoring, consulting, community development, and serving on boards including The International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2017. Faris is also a Keynote Speaker and spoke at many international events . Prior to becoming a coach, Faris spent 10 years in the workplace having held senior roles in management and leadership.
