This is a guide compiled by us for men and boys looking to educate themselves on gender equity and feminist issues. Body - Show up.

  • Research and support your local womxn owned businesses

  • Attend events + conferences with a gender-balanced speaker line-up and request event organizers to add more womxn to their speaker line up before you buy a ticket 

  • Take your friends to films and performances with female leads

  • Put yourself physically between parties when gender-based violence or harassment is taking place at work or in your community 

  • Challenge your company to work toward gender-balanced leadership teams


Platform - Use your platform + voice.

  • Follow, share, and support womxn run businesses, podcasts, and thought leaders

  • Vote for and hire womxn candidates in governments and organizations - and then pay them equally

  • Take on primary responsibilities in regard to parenting and family caregiving - and advocate for more men to do the same

  • Support legislation and organizations that give womxn more access to and control of their healthcare options  

  • Train womxn to take on leadership roles within your company
