Introduction
As Managers there is a tendency to want to fix, solve and tell people how to do their jobs. This is more often than not how you get this role, because of your knowledge and ability to take the lead on projects, to fix and to solve. We are going to introduce perhaps new habits here to develop high functioning teams. Developing people is the name of the game; it is what supports growth and people retention. We are shifting from problem solving to developing the person who is problem solving.
